Bridge Resource Spotlight - Colorado Health Network
Bridge Resource Spotlight
At the Bridge Alliance Fund, we believe access to care is about more than one appointment or one provider. Sometimes the best support is knowing who else is available to help.
That’s why we’re spotlighting: organizations, programs, and community resources that can help people navigate their health and well-being.
This Round’s Spotlight: Colorado Health Network
Colorado Health Network is a Colorado organization that provides health and support services, including a Grand Junction location.
What do they offer?
Colorado Health Network provides a range of services, including:
🩺 Medical care
🧪 STI/STD testing and treatment
🧬 HIV testing and ongoing HIV care
💊 PrEP and PEP support
🩸 Free sharps disposal programs
🤝 Case management
🦷 Oral health care
🧠 Behavioral and mental health care
Many of these services are FREE or available at little to no cost. Behavioral health services are offered on a sliding-scale basis.
Why we're sharing this
No single clinic or organization can provide everything someone may need.
A person receiving hormone care may also need STI testing. Someone managing HIV may need dental care or case management. Someone who uses injectable medications may need a safe way to dispose of sharps. Someone navigating a difficult health situation may need additional behavioral health or social support.
Having trusted, organizations to refer people to makes the whole community's network of care stronger.

Building bridges to better care
The Bridge Alliance Fund is committed to connecting people with resources, not barriers.
Sometimes building a bridge means helping someone pay for care. Sometimes it means helping them find the right organization, program, or person to support them.
We’ll keep looking for those bridges—and sharing them with our community.
